Let us handle the cleanup after construction.

We ensure that your new or renovated space looks its best and is ready for business by eliminating all debris left behind by the construction phase. Count on us for the finishing touches.

Step 1:

Rough Cleaning

Debris removal and surface preparation. We can come in between vendors or stages in your project and keep the site tidy and mess-free. Or just come for a rough clean before you advance to the finishing stage.

Step 2:

Window Restoration

We can remove practically any substance from all your glass windows and remove any unwanted material from the frames as well. Your windows will be brand new, like they are supposed to be!

Step 3:

final clean

Our post-construction cleaning leaves every surface dust-free, sanitized, and polished. We thoroughly clean all areas—washing, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing— to eliminate all construction residue. San Diego’s best commercial post-construction cleaning service.

Step 4:

Final walk thru, punch list & sign off

Walk the project together, and you’ll have the opportunity to create a punch list, sign off on completed areas, and add additional services.

The Underdogs difference.

We’re a San Diego-based company that invests in its employees with fair wages and profit sharing, ensuring every team member is motivated to deliver exceptional results. Our 24/7 availability, specialized equipment, and unwavering dedication to detail mean you’ll never have to settle for less. We believe that your success is our success—because when you look good, we look good!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tyson and his crew are one of a kind . One of my customers needed a one time deep cleaning as we were at another job site. I called under dog cleaning services to see if they can squeeze a client in their already tight schedule, and they were able to get over there and get the job done. My client was very grateful, thank you guys so much, would highly recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've been partnered with Underdogs Cleaning for nearly 2 years, and they have been fantastic. They take care of our daily janitorial services, as well as monthly and quarterly deep cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, and more. As a high-traffic establishment, we needed a team that is reliable, trustworthy, and always improving their craft—and Underdogs Cleaning delivers on all fronts. We’re proud to share this review and highly recommend them!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Underdogs Cleaning is truly exceptional! We've been working with them for three years, and they originally started with deep cleaning services but now handle our janitorial work, window cleaning, and pressure washing. They even go the extra mile with small handyman tasks like painting and trash hauling when needed. We can’t say enough about the quality of their work and would highly recommend them to anyone in the industry. Top-notch service all around!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Underdogs Cleaning attention to detail, from crisp linens to a spotless kitchen, was really good. I stayed at an Airbnb they cleaned. I walked into a welcoming, immaculate space. One of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve seen in San Diego.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hired them to help me with a move out cleaning, my landlord wanted to charge me me a crazy amount... They came in and did a great job and even patched some small holes for free. I wasn't expecting that. I really appreciate it and I turn I got my whole deposit back. Amazing work and would recommend!!
